Balcony Cleaning

  • The service includes pressure washing or deep scrubbing the floor, cleaning railings, glass panels, frames, and balcony doors (both sides), and treating mold, mildew, moss, and bird droppings. The job typically takes 2–3 hours. Ceilings are excluded since water can't be properly contained overhead.

  • Pricing is based on the size of your balcony. Balconies with heavy buildup — mold, moss, or bird droppings — may require add-ons. Reach out for a quote specific to your space.

  • Not at all. Our methods are fully Strata-compliant and designed to be non-disruptive to the building and surrounding units.

  • A clear path from your entrance to the balcony, and from the balcony to a bathroom — needed for water supply and wastewater disposal ( Toilet ). The area near the balcony doors should also be kept clear as the crew arrives with a cart of equipment. Please also remove personal items from the balcony before we arrive.

  • That's completely your call! Our crew will simply need access to the balcony, a water source, and a toilet for waste disposal. Many of our clients choose to let the team in and step out for a couple of hours, returning once the service is complete.

  • A total prevention outcome cannot be promised; however, with regular treatments, clients can expect a substantial reduction in spider movement and activity throughout the treated areas.

  • Not at all. We utilize pet-conscious solutions that pose no risk to animals when the product is administered appropriately and as intended.

  • Payment can be made before or after service by e-transfer, cash, or credit card. A credit card is required at booking for our cancellation policy: $50 for cancellations 48–96 hours out, 50% for 24–48 hours, and the full amount for less than 24 hours.

  • Yes — patio furniture cleaning, under-deck tile cleaning, and spider deterrent are all available as add-ons. Just let us know when booking.
